A larger shutter stop and safety, together with an external arming lever make the SBE 3 faster and easier to operate, even with gloves .

The weapon has the new Comfort Tech 3 system that makes kicking almost non-existent. In addition, Benelli engineers have developed a new Combtech pad, which significantly reduces the impact of vibrations on the user' face .
